Matthew's story
MBME was founded by Matthew Knight to make business support more understandable, practical and human.
Matthew's background includes dental engineering, overhead electrical engineering on the railways and IT work for the Ministry of Defence. Moving across different industries required clear thinking, problem solving and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems without losing sight of the people involved.
That experience shaped the MBME approach: understand the real situation, remove unnecessary complication, explain options clearly and help people move forward at a pace that works.
Business support should make the next step clearer, not make the person asking for help feel smaller.
