Founder
MBME was founded by Matthew Knight to make business support more understandable, practical and human.
Matthew's background includes dental engineering, overhead electrical engineering on the railways and IT work for the Ministry of Defence. His experience of learning across different industries, solving complex problems and supporting people through difficult decisions shaped the approach behind MBME.
As someone who is neurodivergent, Matthew also understands how overwhelming unclear processes, excessive jargon and one-size-fits-all support can feel. MBME was built to offer a clearer and more flexible alternative.
The MBME approach is calm, structured and human, with an emphasis on making the next step easier to see.
